Cecil Ernest Westover

1923-2019

Cecil Ernest Westover, 95 passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 in Weiser, Idaho while surrounded by loving friends.

He was born May 27, 1923 in Gunnison, Utah to Ernest Burwell Westover and Louie Evelyn Bartholomew.  He was the 4th of 6 children

On October 15, 1947 he married Betty Jean Kegarise. On January 1, 1948 they had a son, Jon Philip Westover.  In 1950 the divorced.  December 18, 1952 he married the love of his life Loritta Paula.  They lived the next 61 years as in love with each other as they were the day they said "I Do".

He is survived by his sister, Lucille Evelyn; granddaughters, Angela Faith Blair (husband Scott Blair) of Sicily, Italy and Rachel Amanda Asimakopoulos (husband Drew Asimakopoulos) of Bothell, Wa.; and his 5 Great-Grandchildren, Carsyn Rae Blair (18), Addison West Blair (16), Berkley Faith Blair (14), Shepard Michael Blair (12), and Evangeline Hope Asimakopoulos (4).

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; his wife Lori; his son, Jon; his brothers Sheldon, Wendel and Ruel; and his sister Bulah.

A time to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 300  E. Main Street, Weiser, Idaho  83672
