Obituary of Tracy Leonard

Tracy Leonard, 64 was born in Spokane Washington to Bernard and Sally Seiler on November 24, 1955. She peacefully passed away on February 27, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Meridian Idaho, with her son by her side. She is survived by Toby Leonard, her son, of Parma, ID, her brother Jeffrey Seiler of Gresham Oregon, her mother, Sally Bellows, Kenneth Seiler (uncle), numerous cousins in the Spokane, WA area along with relatives Lynda Ekstrom and Julie Koyama in Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Leonard, her father, her grandparents, and stepfather, Clint Bellows. She is remembered by many beloved family members, friends, and dance students.

Tracy donned her first pair of tap shoes at three years of age and continued her dancing as an instructor at her mother’s dancing school. The family moved to Ontario Oregon where they taught all types of ‘Dance.’ She served as Honored Queen of Job’s Daughters and was a drummer in the OHS band. Tracy and Tim were married in October 1976 and they resided in Fruitland, ID.

There will be a Memorial Service for Tracy on Saturday, March 14, in the Parma High School Commons at 12 noon, followed by a pot-luck meal.
