Obituary of Eunice Rhoads

Eunice Rhoads, 89, of Weiser, Idaho, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021 at The Cottages of Weiser.  Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Weiser on December 16, 2021 at 11:00 am.

Eunice was born on July 14, 1932 in Torrington, Wyoming to Phillip and Mary Schnell.  She enjoyed growing up and working hard on her parent's farm.  As an adult, she worked, among other jobs, as the driver of a pilot car and went by the name "Slick"Rhoads.  She drove along with her late and beloved husband, James "Dusty" Rhoads, who passed away in 1991.  Later in life, Eunice worked as a housekeeper and had many cherished clients over the years.  Eunice enjoyed people and spent much of her time visiting the residents of Weiser Care Center, Indianhead Estates and The Cottages of Weiser. She was also devoted to the Lord and attended as many local services as she possible could.

She is survived by her children, Charles William Riecke Jr., Rhonda Sue Nagel and family.  Stepdaughter Debbie Howell and family and granddaughter Melina Bernard.
