Dad, I want to thank you for being You.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have not been a Navy brat, had the opportunity to travel to all the places and do so much in my life.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have not grown up to love camping, and what to do with a homemade fire poker in Lodi CA.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have never had a water ski named “wat2ski” and learn behind an orange boat of all things.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have never known what it would be like to get up at the crack of dawn with you and grandpa fishing for salmon, then eating later with pancakes for breakfast. and Canning salmon chowder with grandma.
If it wasn’t for you, I would never had the experience to run a snowmobile into a fence and frozen toes.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have never thought to change my own oil and spark plugs in a car. always watched you. You taught me to be independent.
If it wasn’t for you, I would have never been so scared all the trips around mountains and hells Canyon, towing a trailer and always looking at the gas gauge on long trips through the desert, “Never to see a gas station in sight”.
If it wasn’t for you, we would have not been in Yellowstone having a bear chase us in the truck and all the beauty you showed us all the beauty.
If not for you, I would not have the love of music and since of humor. If not for you Dad, I would not be Terrys daughter.
