Obituary of Carol Verda Wickstrom

Carol Verda Wickstrom was born on May 7, 1950 she passed away peacefully on September 8, 2022.  She was born in Gooding Idaho to Albert and Verda Wickstrom. The family moved to Boise Idaho around 1958. She attended grade School at Lowell Elementary, North Junior high School and graduated from Boise High School 1968.  Soon after graduation she joined the United States Air Force where she received an Honorable discharge. After separating from the Air Force she moved to Pocatello Idaho Where she had her daughter Mary. In 1980 she moved back to Boise to help take care of her parents and she started her career at the State Tax commission where she later retired.  

She had a love of outdoors, from fishing to camping.  She love the “Beatles” knowing her once she went threw the gates of Heaven she found John Lennon and gave him a giant hug.

Both her parents and her older sister Carla precede her in death.

Carol left her daughter Mary L Evans (Kirk Evans) of Mesa ID. 

Granddaughter Celia Ramsey (Jarred Ramsey) of Post Falls, ID, 4 great grandchildren

Grandson Danny Reed (finance Catie Morrison) of Kuna ID. 3 great grand children

Weston Reed, Benjamin and Kinsley Morrison.
