Evelyn, of Ontario, passed away in Ontario, Oregon on Friday, December 9, 2022 of non-COVID related causes after living a long life in the Treasure Valley.

Evelyn married James Jack Brewer, Jr. on June 5th, 1954 and settled in the San Diego, CA. area where they lived for many years until he and Evelyn purchased the Oregon Trail Garage and Salvage in Vale, Oregon in 1979.

Evelyn was a long time employee of Quisenberry's Store and Office Manager of The Emporium Department Store.
After the business closed in 2000, Jack and Evelyn spent their time at the local arts and craft shows selling handmade wood items that Jack created and Evelyn painted.

She was preceded in death by James, her parents, Harry Coultas, Jr., Freda Nichol Coultas and her oldest son, Lonny Brewer.
She is survived by her son, Jay Brewer and his wife, Allison; Lonny’s wife, Cathy Brewer; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Cemetery , Ontario, under the direction of Lienkaemper Chapel, Ontario.
